1. Shipping Locations
We ship within the United States, including all states within the contiguous U.S. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Carrier
We use reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your orders arrive safely. The shipping method will be selected based on the size of your order and destination.

3. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed before 12:00 PM MST will be processed the same day, while orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment and an additional 2-7 business days for shipping depending on your location.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. We offer flat-rate shipping for some orders, and free shipping may apply to certain promotions or order thresholds.

5. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional charge, typically arriving within 2-3 business days after processing.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for urgent orders at an additional cost. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM MST for same-day shipping.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can track the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some locations, including remote areas, may experience longer delivery times.

8. Packaging
We take extra care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping, and perishable items are packed with ice packs if necessary.

9. Issues with Delivery
If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, such as damage during transit or a delivery delay, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@jsugarskullz.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

10. Returns and Exchanges
Because of the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
